Assisting with fundraising for Huis Magdalena, a pregnancy counselling centre.
Formal fundraising event hosted on 25 April 2012 in support of the CHOC Foundation, a non-profit organisation which benefits children with cancer in South Africa.
Working with CANSA (Cancer association of South Africa). We are host an event in June to assist this association in raising funds to cover their many expenses to support the good work they are doing.
During February a “Leesfees” (reading festival) takes place at D’Aria. It was is hosted for mentally handicapped children to highlight the possibilities available to read.
On the 9th of August 2012, Pieter and Marelise Voigt in conjunction with Lig Magazine hosted a women’s morning in aid of Huis Jabes (Provides a temporary home for victims of family violence)
